Customer Service Specialist


Natasha joined R121 in September 2017 as the Customer Service Specialist. Her responsibility
is to make sure all R121 consultants are happy starting with a smooth
onboarding process, which includes the collection and distribution of reporting
details for their assignment. She familiarizes consultants with our time and
expense portal, and helps with any concerns that may come up while on
assignment with R121. Natasha has over 10 years customer service experience and
emphasizes the importance of continuous, consistent communication with our
consultants to ensure their well- being. Wine and sunshine are among her
favorite things. In her free time Natasha enjoys attending live music venues.
